To answer your questions there is no real “limit” as to the number of wires but I would not recommend hooking any up to your stereo harness for power take it to the fuse block instead and ground your grounds to some part of the cars metal. People can thumbs down me all they want for this but I have been an electrician for 10 years and I have put a lot of things in a lot of cars and I know what I am talking about.
